Anita Serena doesn’t kid around. A svelte brunette from suburban Michigan, now based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Anita was raised the middle child, which instilled in her a sense of hunger and ambition. “I have a big brother and little sister, and I felt I had it tougher,” she says. “I was always the troublemaker. I’ve done some crazy stuff in my life, but it definitely made me the person I am today—mentally and spiritually better.” A graphic designer by day and a waitress by night, Anita is a very, very busy girl, but it’s all in the service of one great thing: following her dreams. “I’ve been modeling on and off my whole life, primarily as a hobby and for free,” she says. “I signed with a local agency in Vegas, and that gave me some fun opportunities.” One such opportunity arose when Playboy’s casting director found Anita online—without hesitation, she decided to accept his offer and attend a casting call. “It’s always been one of my dreams to shoot for Playboy,” she says excitedly. “We were all born naked, so why not get naked? It’s great that I have the opportunity to do it in such a classy way!” When not in front of the camera, you can find Anita hanging at home, watching her favorite Evil Dead movies, or breaking a sweat at the local gym. “I work out four times per week,” she says. “I also love cooking, baking and eating clean. I’m allergic to everything, so finding food substitutes is fun for me!” One thing she’s not allergic to is men—though whether she’s single or in a relationship, Anita maintains an unflappable sense of self. “I look for a good sense of humor, good hair and good sex,” she says with a grin. “Show me something awesome!” Gentlemen, consider the gauntlet thrown.
